PLEASE NOTE: Assignments of booth spaces may
be modified this year due to the proposed construction of the new
YMCA Family Center. The City of Woodland Park is intending to begin
construction of the YMCA this summer after all the approvals and
financing are in place. The scheduled for construction is being
developed and may affect a portion of the Memorial Park booth layout.
The event committee will keep you informed of any necessary modifications
to the booth assignments as soon as we are able to communicate
this information. We appreciate your cooperation.
To reserve your booth space, return the following items by
Friday, May 9, 2008:
- This registration form
- A check or cash for all fees
- Signed Indemnification Letter
Please reserve your preferred booth space and vendor activity/food by
the May 9th deadline. After May 9th all available booth
spaces will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
To take advantage of the early registration rate (see below),
we must receive your booth registration form, indemnification
form, and registration fee by close of business on Friday, May
9, 2008. No exceptions! A
$10 late fee will be added after May 9th.
