The Old Fashioned
4th
of July Celebration is the BIGGEST EVENT in Woodland Park each
year! Please join with Community Partnership Family Resource
Center, North Teller Build A Generation, and the City of Woodland
Park to create a day of family fun for our friends, neighbors,
and summer visitors. The Annual Celebration in Memorial Park
takes place Saturday, July 4, 2009 from 9 am – 3 pm.

To reserve your
booth space, return the following items by
Friday, May 8, 2009:
- This registration form
- A check or cash for all fees
- Signed Indemnification Letter
Please reserve your
preferred booth space and vendor activity/food by
the May 8th deadline. After May 8th all available booth
spaces will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
To take advantage
of the early registration rate (see below),
we must receive your booth registration form, indemnification
form, and registration fee by close of business on Friday, May
8, 2009. No exceptions! A
$10 late fee will be added after May 9th.
